Maximus“™ customer contact center operations across in Georgia, Indiana, New York and Texas have received renewed certification from consultancy firm BenchmarkPortal as centers of excellence.

These centers support the communication needs of Georgia Childcare and Parent Services, Georgia Families Program, Indiana Enrollment Broker Services, New York Medicaid CHOICE, Texas Eligibility Support Services and the Texas Enrollment Broker, Maximus said Monday.

The company“™s Georgia Childcare and Parent Services operations were recognized for the eighth consecutive year, and its Texas Eligibility Support Services and Texas Enrollment Broker operations were recognized for the tenth consecutive year.

BenchmarkPortal identifies centers of excellence based on performance data encompassing operational efficiency, service level standards, customer satisfaction and employee training.

Maximus, a provider of technology solutions to government institutions, is based in Reston, Va.
