Wayne Ebenfeld, former senior business development executive at Kforce Government Solutions, has joined information technology services contractor LTS as director of business development and capture, G2Xchange ETC reported Friday.

Ebenfeld has more than 25 years of capture, proposal, strategy, partnership building and management experience.

Prior to LTS, Ebenfeld oversaw BD activities that supported financial systems, audit readiness and compliance, financial systems and IT vertical markets at KGS before its acquisition by ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT) earlier this year.

He also previously led business development management roles at Tribal Tech and AAC. During his 11-year career at Deloitte, he helped the company pursue and win multimillion dollar contracts in the federal government.

Ebenfeld also worked at the Department of Housing and Urban Development as a senior adviser to the chief financial officer and at the Department of Commerce as an international trade specialist.

In addition, Ebenfeld is a certified defense financial manager and a member of the Americal Society of Military Comptrollers.

Herndon, Va.-based LTS offers system integration, design, development, cybersecurity, data analytics and program management services.
