Laura Siegal, formerly chief financial officer at NEO Tech, has joined Acorn Growth Companies as partner and executive vice president.
Siegal will lead financial, business and accounting functions for Acorn and its portfolio of firms as part of her new role, the company said Wednesday.
Before NEO Tech, Siegal worked at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions and held various roles during her 13-year tenure including vice president and corporate controller. She is also a member of Iteris’ board of directors.
“Laura brings outstanding credentials with exceptional leadership and financial results in aerospace and defense, which are critical as we grow our portfolio of global companies,†said Rick Nagel, managing partner at Acorn.
Siegal received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California and is a certified public accountant.
