Science Applications International Corp. has been granted the Microsoft Gold Partner status under thee competencies for demonstrating a capacity to deliver cloud computing and information technology modernization services to government and commercial clients.
SAIC said Friday the designation validates its experience helping customers adopt cloud technology such as Azure, update IT applications and transform data center operiations.
Microsoft awards the Gold competency to partner organizations who are able to submit client references and complete a series of tests designed to evaluate a vendor's technological expertise.
Potential partners must also meet a set of performance criteria, demonstrate a commitment to address customer requirements and pass sales or technology assessments.
