Amyx Secures Contracts With USAF, DLA, USDA and Army National Guard; Satya Akula Quoted

Reston, Va.-based Amyx has secured prime contracts with the U.S. Air Force, the Defense Logistics Agency, the Army National Guard and the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the company announced on Tuesday.

In support of the Air Force Global Strike Command Cyber Surety Contract, Amyx will continue to provide cybersecurity expertise and experience supporting the Department of Defense and Federal agencies. Amyx will also support the Wyoming Air National Guard and the 153rd Command and Control Squadron by developing innovative technical solutions and cybersecurity.

For the Defense Logistics Agency, Amyx won the contract to enable an enterprise-wide Electronically Stored Information Disclosure and Discovery (ESIDD). Amyx will implement a multi-phased approach using the e-Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) to develop a requirements baseline and establish a system architecture to support new software and processes.

In addition, Amyx’s third contract with the Army National Guard Information Management Strategy (IMS) Division will see the company manage all IMS program areas as a single program allowing for effective and efficient delivery to the system and associated stakeholders.

As part of IMS’s CONOPS, Amyx will help manage the complex interrelated roles and responsibilities between the Army, Army National Guard, Department of Defense, USCYBERCOM, Intelligence Community and industry partners.

The fourth contract for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Amyx will support the Assistant to the Secretary for Rural Development and the Rural Utilities Service (RUS) Administrator. Amyx will bring high quality talent providing technology, outreach, communications, procurement, acquisitions, value and metrics support to the agency through the contract.
