Oracle has received a one-year provisional authorization from the Defense Information Systems Agency for a suite of cloud-based business applications. DISA said Tuesda it authorized the Oracle Fusion Cloud offering to support impact level 4 data across the Department of Defense.

OFC is designed to help organizations manage projects, financial, human resource and procurement functions. Oracle offers the software suite through a software-as-a-service delivery model.

The authorization marks the product’s first SaaS availability to the department.
