Bucher + Suter and NovelVox have partnered to globally leverage the latter’s software for use in integrations of Cisco contact center services.
It will use NovelVox’s technology to support integrations of Cisco Finesse Agent, a desktop platform designed to facilitate collaboration across customer service agents and supervisors, Bucher + Suter said Wednesday.
Novelvox’s software technology will serve as a basis for an expanded suite of applications. Bucher + Suter will provide customer relationship management for 50 additional integrations of Cisco Finesse Agent.
The partnership also leverages the Cisco SolutionsPlus reseller program to offer industry-tailored integration options to different markets, including government, health care and finance.
