Edward Morris, former senior director for launch system programs at Stratolaunch Systems, has joined Decisive Analytics to serve as vice president for commercial space.
Morris will contribute his expertise in commercial and national security to help Decisive Analytics develop and analyze future space concepts, the company said Wednesday.
He led technical and delivery work on commercial satellite launch contracts during his time with Stratolaunch Systems and spent 14 years of space program leadership at Orbital Sciences.
The former public servant was also the executive director of the Department of Commerce’s Office of Space Commercialization and a military reserve advisor to the U.S. Air Force’s undersecretary for space.
