Noblis Receives 2019 Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Silver Award

The Brandon Hall Group has chosen Noblis and the Center for Creative Leadership as recipients of the 2019 Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Silver Award for Best Unique or Innovative Leadership Program.

Noblis said it received the award in validation of the firm’s Frontline Leader Impact initiative, a nine-week online and interactive course designed to build potential leaders.

“Our partner, the Center for Creative Leadership was open to working with us towards a quality program combining both our organizations insights, ideas, and knowledge,” said Amy Rivera, director of organization and professional development at Noblis.

The Brandon Hall Group has also honored various other companies, including Verizon and PwC.
