Shawn Jenkins has joined Advanced Concepts and Technologies International as the senior director of the company’s human resources department, ACT I announced Wednesday.

“The extensive experience and leadership skills Shawn brings to the position will provide positive benefits to ACT I employees and our Human Resource Department,” said Claudio Monticelli, chief operating officer at ACT I. “We see Shawn playing a significant role in enabling the development of ACT I’s best assets – our talented people – as we scale our business,” he added.

Jenkins will assume responsibility for all aspects of human resources within the company. She has over twenty-nine years of human resources experience in HR leadership, talent acquisition and management, process improvement and organizational effectiveness with companies such as QinetiQ N.A., Booz Allen Hamilton and Lockheed Martin
