Altamira Elevates Blaine Worthington to COO Post; Ted Davies Quoted

Worthington most recently led Altamira's defense intelligence sector, a role he assumed in January after serving as vice president with responsibility over procurement and delivery lifecycle of contracts. the company said Oct. 18.
