DHS OKs Dtex Monitoring System for Gov't Cybersecurity Program

Dtex Systems' user monitoring platform has received cybersecurity approval under the Department of Homeland Security’s Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation program.

The company's Dtex Enterprise User Intelligence Platform is designed to monitor user activity and detect threats across endpoints, Carahsoft Technology said in a press release published Tuesday.

Agencies from all levels of government may purchase the platform from the CDM Approved Products List via the General Services Administration's contract with Carahsoft.

“It is becoming abundantly clear that insider threats are a growing problem and the subject of increased mindshare in the public sector, and we are thrilled that our new placement on the APL gives Dtex greater opportunity to protect Federal networks from this threat,“ said David Wilcox, vice president of federal at Dtex.

The CDM program aims to boost government cybersecurity and protect public systems with a risk-based approach.
