Ruag's space division and TTTech have partnered to develop electronics for potential integration into modules of NASA's planned lunar outpost.
The partnership seeks to offer the space-based electronic products for the lunar Gateway project under the space agency's Artemis program, Ruag said Thursday.
TTTech worked with NASA and industry partners to standardize the company's network technology under a Space Act Agreement and introduce an open standard designed to comply with the International Avionics System Interoperability Standards.
The alliance will combine Ruag's space hardware manufacturing and engineering experience with TTTech's knowledge of software platforms and ASICs.
