Leslie Shoemaker, executive vice president at Tetra Tech, has been elevated to the role of president.
Shoemaker’s responsibilities include managing the company’s operations and strategic planning functions, Tetra Tech said Monday.
She started her career at Tetra Tech in 1991 and assumed various roles, including chief strategy officer and project manager. Shoemaker also assisted the company in expanding its operations worldwide.
“Tetra Tech has tremendous opportunities as we enter the 2020 fiscal year, to address some of today’s most challenging problems: adapting to a changing climate, and providing for essential water, environment and infrastructure,” said Shoemaker.
In addition to Shoemaker, Derek Amidon, president at Tetra Tech’s commercial account management group, has been appointed to lead the firm’s commercial international services division.
