Novetta Receives Second HIRE Vets Award From Labor Dept; Tiffanny Gates Quoted

Novetta has received a government award in recognition of the data analytics firm’s hiring and retention of former military servicemen.

Tiffanny Gates, president and CEO at Novetta, announced the company’s second consecutive win of the Department of Labor's HIRE Vets Gold Medallion Award, Novetta said Friday.

“We are extremely proud that with over 1,000 employees our company is 40 percent veterans and that our efforts to support our veteran staff continue to be recognized,” she said.

Gates, who is also a U.S. Navy veteran and a 2019 Wash100 recipient, made this announcement at the NovettaVets Summit event that took place in McLean, Va.

The company administers a range of veteran support efforts such as professional coaching, awareness programs and charities.
