Qualtrics said Tuesday it will work with Booz Allen to streamline employee work and provide customer experience services across government organizations.
The partnership will use the Qualtrics XM Platform, a tool that facilitates the management and delivery of employee, customer, brand and product experience. The platform allows users to assess and apply experience data.
The two firms previously collaborated to digitally modernize Recreation.gov, a website that supports booking and planning of vacation trips at government-owned leisure sites. The effort allowed Olympic National Park to process more than 930 digital permits in an hour, with an estimated time savings of 5K work hours yearly.
“Customer experience measurement and management are critical components of our experience services, and we’re excited to partner with Qualtrics to bring their cutting-edge capabilities to bear for our Federal clients,” said Santiago Milian, principal and director of experience at Booz Allen.
Qualtrics’ XM Platform is also certified under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program, verifying the product’s compliance with federal cybersecurity standards.
