Liberty IT Solutions has secured a potential five-year, $65M task order to streamline cost management activities under the Department of Veterans Affairs’ community care efforts.

The company said Tuesday it will work with VA’s Office of Community Care and industry partners to implement the WellHive Platform under the Advanced Medical Cost Management Solution order. The contract has a base period of one year and four one-year options.

The platform will unify financial and medical management, monitoring, analytics and forecasting functions associated with VA’s Community Care program.

Federal Advisory Partners, MD Clarity, Milliman and WellHive Holdings serve as Liberty IT’s collaborators for the software-as-a-service effort.

“We look forward to this partnership with VA and OCC to develop an integrated SaaS solution that provides a more seamless experience for OCC program staff,” said Bill Greene, CEO at Liberty IT.
