Silvus, Sierra Nevada Form ISR Kit Partnership to Support Army National Guard

Silvus Technologies has partnered with Sierra Nevada Corp. to incorporate the former’s StreamCaster radios into intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance kits in support of the Army National Guard's Mission Equipment Program.

Sierra Nevada will field the HAMMER MANET kits with the radios to 100 Lakota LUH72A helicopters as part of the partnership, Silvus said Monday.

HAMMER MANET kits work to augment situational awareness functions and enable networked connectivity for data, audio and video communications.

Airbus has selected SNC to manufacture, support and deploy the kits as a subcontractor.
