HII Lands Spot on $70M USPS IDIQ for IT Support Services

Huntington Ingalls Industries’ technical solutions division has won a spot on a $70M indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract from the U.S. Postal Service’s Office of Inspector General to carry out support services for the Office of the Chief Information Officer.

HII said Thursday its mission driven innovative solutions group will perform information technology operations, application integration, information security, and enterprise and support services for various functional areas of the USPS OIG-OCIO.

HII has provided USPS OIG with mission support services for more than 20 years and has collaborated with the latter to build analytical offerings and software applications.

Aside from HII, four other firms have secured positions on the IDIQ.

The agency’s Office of the Chief Information Officer delivers technical services to investigators, auditors and other personnel within the U.S.
