Julian Marquez, formerly director of health information technology strategic programs at Smartronix, has joined Red River as vice president of federal consulting services, FedHealthIT reported Thursday.
Prior to Smartronix, Marquez served as director of military health at IntelliDyne for eight years and worked at All Covered as a managing consultant.
He also held the role of technical solutions consultant at Grace IC and Sprint Paranet.
The former project management professional completed his collegiate studies at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
