TTEC Holdings has added new workforce optimization, virtual reality, customer relationship management and artificial intelligence applications to a contact center management platform certified under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program
The company said Monday its software-as-a-service offering now includes Google AI integration, Verint workforce optimization and Nuance VR and voice communications tools.
The FedRAMP-compliant omnichannel platform also features integration adaptors that support CRM through Salesforce, ServiceNOW and Microsoft Dynamics. TTEC partnered with Bucher+Suter to provide this feature.
TTEC secured certification for its cloud contact center SaaS at the Moderate impact level of the federal government's cloud computing program in January.
The company is seeking FedRAMP impact level 4 authorization to help public sector customers secure data with its technology.
