Matthew Schmitz, former product manager of the enterprise information technology and cyber solutions group at Leidos' Dynetics subsidiary, has joined MartinFederal Consulting as chief growth officer.

He brings almost 20 years of executive experience to his new position and will be responsible for MartinFederal's strategy, corporate development and enterprise growth initiatives, the company said Wednesday.

Schmitz first joined Dynetics in 2017 as vice president of its technical solutions division and also held positions at Intrepid, Wyle, Kratos Defense & Security Solutions and Analytics Services.

Hunstville, Alabama-based MartinFederal is a service-disabled, veteran-owned company that offers IT, training, development, laboratory and technical support services to the government and commercial sectors.
