HighPoint Global has partnered with UiPath in an effort to help government customers simplify processes with the latter company's robotic process automation technology.
UIPath developed its RPA offering with process analytics and mining tools to support digital transformation goals and business operations, HighPoint said Thursday.
The New York-based software provider seeks to empower workers to harness automated technology in the workplace through its initiative, dubbed A Robot for Every Person.
According to HighPoint, it will apply the firm's government contract center support experience in a push to help agencies increase productivity, manage customer experience and address redundancy.
