Business process transformation company Suntiva has secured 16 awards worth approximately $36M to provide services in support of various Department of Health and Human Services components.

The company said Tuesday it will help HHS agencies facilitate telework, adopt technologies and transform workforce by providing coaching, training, leadership development, adoption management and employee engagement services.

Suntiva received 13 blanket purchase agreements via the Food and Drug Administration's Integrated Services vehicle to support various centers and offices under FDA.

It will also provide support services to the National Institutes of Health and the HHS Administration for Children and Families' Office of the Chief Information Officer.

"The workforce transformation services and adoption management solutions we've been hired to deliver will be critical to help dedicated HHS staff and leadership work more effectively, cohesively, and efficiently on both individual and mission-related challenges," said Jordan Parsons, HHS account director at Suntiva.
