Veritone has attained a designation from Amazon Web Services that represents the company's performance under the AWS Technology Partner initiative as a provider of public safety technologies equipped with artificial intelligence.
The company said Friday it now holds the AWS Public Safety and Disaster Response Competency status in recognition of AWS-powered technologies that support public safety missions.
Veritone offers its aiWARE products that generate intelligence from documents and media such as audio and video to support investigations and other similar law enforcement activities.
Jon Gacek, head of government, legal and compliance at Veritone, said his team is dedicated to supporting community safety, public transparency and resource management with AI technology.
Government-focused aiWARE products are certified under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program.
