Carahsoft Technology has agreed to market end-to-end digitization tools developed by ClearInfo to federal government clients through the Reston, Virginia-based company's reseller partners and NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V contract.

Carahsoft said Tuesday ClearInfo's FIAR Fusion works to consolidate transactions and documents across the financial life cycle to help government agencies potentially enhance system controls, process cycles, records and insights.

The offering is designed to support the Department of Defense's Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness plan while Customer-Content, Capture and Records Services, another ClearInfo tool, is built to equip agencies with low-code business process automation, intelligent capture and records management capabilities.

Matt Rattigan, director of partnerships at Carahsoft, said the two companies will work to provide agencies and reseller partners with tools aimed at streamlining compliance with the DOD FIAR and Office of Management and Budget requirements.

Carahsoft noted the ClearInfo offerings are hosted on GovCloud environment of Amazon Web Services.

Margaret Lawrence, chief records management specialist at ClearInfo, said government agencies are directed to handle all permanent records via electronic format by 2022.
