TYSONS CORNER, VA, January 20, 2021 — Idemia National Security Solutions, an affiliate of the identity-related security services company, has been tapped by the U.S. Postal Service and its law enforcement unit to provide USPS locations with identity verification services, including in-person proofing and biometric capture capabilities, in support of the agency's five-year e-government services plan, GovCon Wire reported Jan. 13.
Under the contract award, Idemia NSS will assist USPS in checking the identities of its customers across thousands of post offices nationwide.
