The Federal Emergency Management Agency wants to identify market sources of robotic process automation technologies that would reduce manual labor and steamline processes within FEMA's Office of the Chief Procurement Officer.
FEMA said Wednesday in a SAM notice it seeks information on commercial RPA software, implementation requirements and associated program management work for a potential automation effort.
The agency also wants to know what functionalities, design contraints, industry best practices, scheduling expectations, costs and challenges to consider in the development and implementation of RPA systems.
Companies interested to take part in potential opportunities are asked to provide FEMA with capability statements that highlight the interested parties' assets and experience related to RPA.
The request for FEMA's needed market information and capability statements will remain active through Feb. 16.
