MetTel, Raytheon Form FAA Network Contract Pursuit Team; Robert Dapkiewicz Quoted

TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 9, 2021 — MetTel and two Raytheon Technologies (NYSE: RTX) business units have forged a teaming arrangement to compete for the Federal Aviation Administration's enterprise network services contract, GovCon Wire reported March 29.

The two companies said in a joint statement the partnership will combine MetTel's managed network services, Collins Aerospace's aviation management network and Raytheon Intelligence & Space's airspace technology and cybersecurity experience in pursuing the FENS program.

Robert Dapkiewicz, senior vice president, general manager of MetTel Federal, said the Raytheon-led team aims to help FAA accomplish the agency mission.
