The company said Swain will leverage her extensive experience in creating marketing campaigns and fostering target market engagement to elevate the Redgate brand and thought leadership while driving new business development opportunities in the Boston and Mid-Atlantic markets.
Kyle Warwick, a principal and co-founder of Redgate, said Swain will contribute to the company’s marketing strategy at a critical point in its growth trajectory as the company pushes to expand in the Mid-Atlantic market.
“We’re incredibly fortunate to have Linda, one of real estate’s leading marketers, join the Redgate team at such a pivotal moment in our company’s history,” Warwick added.
Swain joined Redgate following her 18-year tenure with JLL, where she served as senior director of marketing and was instrumental in the rebrand of the former Spaulding & Slye to JLL, following the acquisition.
Her recognitions include the JLL Da Vinci Award for innovation and being named by Women’s Business in 2008 as one of 10 Women to Watch in Real Estate.
The new Redgate marketing leader will also bring to the role her strong advocacy for diversity and inclusion initiatives as the company works to reach its thought leadership goals.
Swain said Redgate’s “entrepreneurial culture, unwavering commitment to clients and industry-focus” are aligned with her passions, and she looks forward to delivering an immediate impact to the company in her new role.
