Intelligent Waves announced on Wednesday that the company has named Tim Patterson, previously a senior executive with CACI International, as its new chief growth officer.
Patterson, an expert in strategic planning and execution in the federal market, joins Intelligent Waves to oversee all aspects of the company’s growth in cybersecurity and communications for the intelligence community and defense sector.
“We’re excited to welcome Tim to IW as Chief Growth Officer as we mature as a business and continue to move up the value chain,” said Tony Crescenzo, president of Intelligent Waves. “Tim will play a significant role in developing and implementing our growth strategies.”
Previously, Patterson served as a senior vice president for CACI and was honored with the 2018 Cybersecurity Executive of the Year Award during his tenure. He joined the company in 2010 as a vice president.
In addition, Patterson has also served in a variety of senior leadership roles for the Northeast Disaster Recovery Information X-Change (NEDRIX), L3 Communications, Paratus and was a naval flight officer for nine years.
Patterson has extensive federal business experience in both the government and the private sector, growing revenues and profits year after year in the federal market. His expertise includes building strong management and technical teams, developing and maturing business growth, integrating solutions, and improving efficiency.
