Workspace rental company WeWork has partnered with software developer Second Front Systems to allow the former’s government tenants to build programs outside agency offices while following federal security requirements.

Members of WeWork can now access a continuous integration and continuous delivery platform for the development of government-authorized software across various workspaces in the U.S., the companies said Tuesday in a joint statement.

The partnership aims to build a secure software development environment while shouldering any resource burden of workspace tenants.

“Whether it’s creating a new software factory or a sensitive compartmented information facility, government organizations rely on secure software production environments to build and access mission-essential tools,” said Tyler Sweatt, vice president of growth at 2F.

WeWork clients can purchase the CI/CD platform through their membership bundles or as an additional feature.
