John Heneghan, president of ECS Federal and a 2022 Wash100 Award winner; and Jennifer Warren, vice president of civil and regulatory affairs at Lockheed Martin, have joined the board of directors of the Professional Services Council.

Heneghan and Warren will provide their industry expertise to a group responsible for overseeing policies aimed at ensuring that the federal contracting marketplace remains fair, competitive and effective, PSC said Thursday.

The two industry executives were elected to the board during the council’s executive committee meeting on Feb. 28. Their terms began March 1.

Their continued leadership and commitment will bolster our standing as the voice of the government contracting industry,” said David Berteau, president and CEO of PSC and a two-time Wash100 awardee.
