Leonardo DRS Business Awarded Army Contract for Combat Network System Work - top government contractors - best government contracting event

Leonardo DRS‘ network and imagining systems business will handle combat network system assessment and other related activities for the U.S. Army under a $26.7 million firm-fixed-price contract.

DRS Network & Imaging Systems was tapped for the reconfiguration, installation, integration and testing of a combat network system in support of the service branch, the Department of Defense said Friday.

The company, which was the sole bidder for the contract, will conduct work in Beidrusko, Poland. Efforts are expected to be completed by November 2025.

The contract comes after the completion of an all-stock merger between Leonardo DRS and Israel-based RADA Electronics Industries. The merged entity will provide sensing, network computing, force protection, electric power and propulsion systems, as well as other defense products for U.S. military and intelligence agency clients.
