Rory Read, senior vice president and head of business area global communications platform at Ericsson, has joined the board of directors of Booz Allen Hamilton.
Read brings over 30 years of global technology leadership experience to the board, where he will serve on the audit committee, Booz Allen said Monday.
He joined Ericsson as part of the company’s acquisition of cloud communications company Vonage in 2022. He is also currently the CEO of Vonage, a role he has held since July 2020.
Prior to that, his career includes leadership work with Dell Technologies, Advanced Micro Devices, Lenovo and IBM. Read worked with IBM for 23 years in a variety of executive positions.
