Laura Drummer, who previously held director positions at HII and Novetta, has formed her own company with the goal of developing technology products and services to help government customers unlock data-based insights.
Drummer said Wednesday in a LinkedIn post Wednesday that she is now the founder and CEO of TAS Labs.
The newly created company’s website lists cloud analytics modernization, data science and artificial intelligence, software design and development, and advanced analytics as its offerings.
Prior to founding TAS Labs, Drummer was director of analytics and AI for HII’s mission technologies division. She joined the defense company in August 2021 after a short stint as head of AI product management at Alion Science and Technology and previously spent more than 11 years at Novetta, where her work focused on data and cyber analysis and intelligence operations.
Earlier in her career, Drummer worked as an intelligence analyst for the Department of Defense.
