CAES has been selected to continue providing advanced electronics in support of the U.S. Air Force as part of the Extremely Wideband Radio Frequency Spectrum Operations System.

Under the program, CAES will design and develop dual system-in-package circuit card assemblies as well as help enhance the performance of the microelectronics-based wideband digital antenna array, the company said Tuesday.

Dave Young, senior vice president and chief technology officer at CAES, shared that the company will continue to work with the Air Force and Mitre to deliver advanced electronics to support the service branch’s system objectives.

“As threats evolve, CAES is devoted to ensuring the safety of our warfighters,” Young said.

CAES’ missiles advanced technology and engineering division provides defense and commercial customers with a full suite of radio frequency, analog, digital hardware and software offerings.
