Steve Orrin, chief technology officer at Intel’s federal arm and GovCon Expert, and other tech executives shared how an artificial intelligence-based chatbot, called ChatGPT, could help chief information officers and other IT leaders improve productivity and address challenges within their organizations, The Enterprisers Project reported Monday.
Orrin cited how the AI tool could help improve information technology systems.
“ChatGPT and algorithms like it are changing how we interact with IT systems and applications. It can be used in simulation and training environments, code review and analysis, translation, and localization, and as a very powerful search tool that can assist analysts in correlating intelligence and disparate data points together,” Orrin noted.terprisers Project
“It can even synthesize and generate reports based on the preliminary analysis,” he added.
Other IT leaders discussed how ChatGPT could help CIOs improve operational efficiency, reduce administrative burden, transform the customer experience, address communication barriers, streamline business inquiries and digest and synthesize large volumes of data.
