Andrew Candreva, former health solutions vice president at SBG Technology Solutions, has joined Sierra7 as senior director of capture.
In his role, Candreva will lead the development of capture strategies to expand and diversify accounts in order to support the growth of the management consulting company, Sierra7 said Tuesday.
Candreva brings close to 15 years of experience in business development and capture management. Prior to his Sierra7 appointment, he served as director of business development for information technology at FavorTech Consulting.
“Andrew’s extensive industry background and demonstrated years of delivering quality service excellence enables him to make an immediate positive impact identifying and qualifying opportunities, expanding Sierra7 for many years to come,” said Sierra7 Chief Growth Officer Gina Gallagher.
