Infoscitex Announces Exec Changes in Reorganization Effort - top government contractors - best government contracting event

Infoscitex, a DCS subsidiary, has promoted three company executives and made a new hire in line with its current strategy to continue business expansion.

In a statement on Monday, IST Executive Vice President and Sector Operations Manager of Air and Space Operations Mike Gilkey said the reorganization is aimed at positioning the company “to pursue new business opportunities and sustain organizational growth” as the Department of Defense looks to increase warfighting capabilities through research, development, test and evaluation investments.

Gilkey was one of the executives recently promoted at the technology and engineering services provider. He formerly served as VP and air and space division manager since 2017. His career experience includes over three decades of supporting the DOD and other government clients.

Tom Hughes and Don Emerson, who lead the human systems division and the modeling, simulation and analysis segment, respectively, were elevated to VP roles.

Hughes has supported the human systems activities of the U.S. Air Force for four decades, while Emerson has supported the Air Force Research Laboratory since 2010 with engineering, management, operations and MS&A services.

IST also appointed John Tate to head the legacy air and space operations division, sensors and intelligence department.
