The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command has named Serco as one of eight awardees for a potential ten-year, $968M indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract vehicle to support the U.S. Navy with the modernization of shore-based command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems, Serco announced on Wednesday. 

Serco announced on Monday that it won a spot on a potential seven-year, $44.4 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide sustainment and technical services supporting experimental and developmental work on electronic technology platforms for the U.S. Navy and other agencies.

Serco has won a spot on the U.S. Navy’s potential 10-year, $2.45B contract to integrate command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems onto a range of ship classes.

Serco, Inc. announced on Friday that the company has been awarded a potential five-year, $608 million indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity contract from the U.S. Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWARSYSCOM). The contract has a five-year base ordering period with an optional three-year ordering period. 

Serco, Inc. announced on Thursday that the $225M acquisition of Alion Science & Technology Corporation’s Naval Systems Business Unit, which includes its Canadian business and a small number of related contract operations. 

The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific has awarded a one-year, $8.3 million task order to Serco Inc. to provide upgrades to Giant Voice Mass Notification Systems, a voice announcing system to warn the local community at and near naval installations of impending danger due to an emergency, in multiple locations across the Western Pacific Region.
