PAE announced on Wednesday that the company has received two task orders under the U.S. Air Force Contract Field Team Services indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity services (IDIQ) contract with a combined value of $151.8 million, with a ceiling value of $11.4 billion. PAE will support aircraft maintenance at the Naval Aviation Maintenance Center for Excellence.

PAE has secured a potential five-year, $98 million contract for electronic warfare operations training and infrastructure maintenance support to the U.S. Air Forces in Europe & Air Forces Africa. The company said Thursday it received a $55.7 million initial task order under the single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to help USAFE-AFAFRICA manage EW range infrastructure located in Germany and facilitate mobile training across Africa and Europe.

A PAE subsidiary has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Metis Solutions Corporation, a provider of intelligence analysis, operational and tactical training and program management, for $92 million in cash. “This acquisition expands and builds scale in intelligence analysis, training and program support, all of which are well-funded market areas of the U.S. government and our allied nations," said John Heller, president and CEO of PAE and 2020 Wash100 Award recipient.

PAE announced on Monday that the company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire CENTRA Technology, an intelligence analysis service provider focused on providing mission-critical services for the intelligence community and other U.S. national and homeland security customers, for approximately $208 million in cash. The acquisition will specifically strengthen PAE’s intelligence, defense, and national and homeland security businesses.

DZSP 21, a joint venture between PAE and Parsons Corporation, has been awarded a potential $545 million facility and base operating support services contract by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific, at Joint Region Marianas, Guam, PAE reported on Friday. Under the contract award, DZSP 21 will utilize its innovative approach to provide continuous improvement in responsive and transparent operations support.
