IBM has launched its first modular quantum computer, IBM Quantum System Two, and a new utility-scale quantum processor called IBM Quantum Heron. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency has awarded RTX's Raytheon BBN Technologies the Resilient Supply-and-Demand Networks contract.
