Dan Tucker, a vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton and head of the company’s digital platform capability team, has said that cloud operations and costs can “spiral out of control” if not managed well, Meritalk reported Monday. “A lot of agencies, as they move to the cloud are novices–for good reasons–at forecasting the costs,” he added.
