Geospark Analytics has received a contract through the second phase of the Small Business Innovation Research program to create a mass notification capability for the U.S. Air Force. The company said Tuesday it will implement the artificial intelligence-based feature into the Geospark-made Hyperion system of USAF to deliver risk and threat notifications to the service branch.

Spaceflight has received a contract from NASA to perform launch services in support of a mission led by The Aerospace Corp. under the space agency's CubeSat Launch Initiative. Spaceflight said Monday it will use its Sherpa-LTC orbital test vehicle to propel two Low-Latitude Ionosphere/Thermosphere Enhancements in Density cubesats to low-Earth orbit aboard a Falcon 9 rocket.

Lockheed Martin and NEC have agreed to expand their partnership to further advance the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies in spacecraft development programs, including NASA’s Orion vehicle for the Artemis mission.
