CACI has booked a $420 million contract to provide engineering services for two U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command components. Responsibilities under the five-year, single-award task order include mechanical, electrical and modeling and simulation engineering support, CACI announced from its Reston, Virginia headquarters on Tuesday.

Databricks has closed its Series I funding after receiving new investments from AT&T and other strategic partners, placing the company at a $43 billion post-money valuation.
