Paul Donahue, chief operating officer of security and mission support company Constellis, has been appointed to the  Washington D.C. Police Foundation's board of directors. He brings 25 years of industry experience to the foundation, which helps the Metropolitan Police Department of Washington, D.C. implement policy initiatives and expand public safety awareness, Constellis said Wednesday.
