Citadel Defense has updated its Titan counter unmanned aircraft system to incorporate CUAS training and help warfighters teach a colleague how to operate the platform for enhanced situational awareness. The company said Thursday the training environments integrated into the Titan software were developed using artificial intelligence, automated threat simulation and data augmentation technologies.

“The center of innovation does not reside at the Pentagon,” said William Bailey of the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office, sharing that he is conscious that the breakneck speed of industry’s progress is not going to wait for some of the traditional partnership pathways.
