The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Defense Spectrum Organization (DSO) has awarded Peraton two contracts worth up to $23 million for development and support services over a five-year period. “Our work on these two awards will allow Peraton to expand our spectrum software-related capabilities, deepen our experience in spectrum sharing solutions, and reinforce our standing in the information warfare space,” said John Coleman, president of Peraton's Defense and Homeland Security Sector.

Peraton holds a position on a potential $950 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity to help the U.S. Air Force develop an advanced battle management system in support of the Department of Defense's Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) program. Peraton has aligned the company around four business sectors and appointed new executives to its leadership team, following its $3.4 billion acquisition of Northrop Grumman's integrated mission support and IT solutions business, the company reported on Thursday. "As Peraton expands we will be faced with a complex range of new opportunities and challenges across our functions and businesses,” said Stu Shea, chairman, president and CEO of Peraton and 2021 Wash100 Award recipient.
