Randy James, a senior vice president at ICF, has said the Department of Defense and other public sector agencies should work together to build up efforts in order to ensure mission assurance. James wrote in a Nextgov article published Monday that the current global security landscape calls for government agency leaders to collaborate with their counterparts across national security, defense and intelligence agencies to come up with “coordinated mission assurance plans.”
